Shipping policy

At West Coast India, we strive to deliver your order safely and promptly.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed on same day after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@westcoastindia.com with your order number and relevant photographs.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay 20% of your order value online and the remaining 80% upon delivery. Secure online payment processing powered by Razorpay.

Refused delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery, the 20% advance paid will be non-refundable.

Additional shipping charges: An additional shipping fee may apply to COD orders, where applicable.
